Returns and Exchange Policy
Overview
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size.
That said, we get it—online sizing isn’t always perfect.
If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you can keep the product and we’ll give you a one-time 40% off code to order the correct size.
Shipping costs for the new item are covered by you.
This offer applies to full-priced items only and must be claimed within 30 days of your order delivery date.
Faulty Items
If your item has a manufacturing fault, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund and cover return shipping.
You must email us within 30 days of receiving your order and return the item within 14 days of receiving your return label.
How to Get Help
Step 1: Email support@kurvs.shop with your order number and the reason for contact.
Step 2: We’ll respond within 24 hours with either:
– Your 40% discount code (valid for 14 days, for size swaps only)
– A prepaid AusPost return label (faulty items only)
Step 3: If a return label is issued, send the item back within 14 days.
Refunds for faulty goods will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Gift Orders
Gifted items follow the same policy.
Size-swap discount codes are sent to the gift recipient.
Refunds (for faulty gifts only) are issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
Need to cancel or modify your order?
Email us at support@kurvs.shop within 30 minutes of placing your order, using “CANCEL” or “CHANGE” in the subject line.
Once the parcel is packed and a label has been created, we can’t intercept the shipment. But don’t worry—the Size-Swap Guarantee still applies.
