Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size.
That said, we get it—online sizing isn’t always perfect.
If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you can keep the product and we’ll give you a one-time 40% off code to order the correct size.

Step 3:If a return label is issued, send the item back within 14 days.
Refunds for faulty goods will be processed within5 business daysof receiving the item.

Yes—if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us within 30 minutes of checkout with “CHANGE” or “CANCEL” in the subject line. Once a shipping label is created we can’t intercept the parcel, but you can still use the 40 % size-swap option if needed.
